I fell in love with web design in college when trying to solve problems I saw in my every day life. I started making simple websites by creating a timesheet submission system for the tutoring center I worked for at the time. Later that year I acquired a front end web development internship with a small marketing and design agency in Kalamazoo. They taught me many important skills including Angular, proper way to develop web components and testing my work. They also encourage continuous learning and growth and allowed developers to try new tools in projects. After that experience I gained an appreciation for well designed and fully functional applications as well as development automation. I strive to use these principals in everything I do as well as looking for new opportunities to learn new skills and methodoligies.
