Whatever fits your hiring process. Developers create a profile once and get discovered by companies hiring locally.

Why we built this

Traditional recruiting is broken for small and mid-size companies. A single placement fee can run $15-25K, which is prohibitive when you're a 20-person startup making your first engineering hire. We built Tampa Devs Talent so local companies can access the same talent pool without the overhead.

Every subscription directly funds Tampa Devs, the 501(c)(3) nonprofit behind Tampa Bay's tech community. 6,000+ members, hundreds of events, and the community infrastructure that keeps the local tech scene growing.
