C#/.NET Developer with a passion for solving problems!

My journey into software development started in 6th grade with a book called "Head First HTML". That opened the door to a world where I could build something from scratch and get immediate feedback — and I was hooked. Over time, what kept me coming back wasn’t just the ability to create, but the thrill of solving complex problems and improving systems through code.

One of my proudest accomplishments was helping replace a costly third-party API our company used to manage loans, loan ledgers, and borrowers. The system we built in-house saved the company over $500,000 a year — a reminder that clean, efficient code can make a serious business impact.

I specialize in full-stack development with a strong preference for the backend. For the last six years, I’ve worked primarily in C# and.NET in the backend, and on the frontend, I’ve used Angular and, more recently, VueJS. Lately, I’ve been diving back into Python to support internal tooling and integrations, and I’m excited about the versatility and power it brings to the table.

Beyond writing great code, I thrive when I can connect with people. I love communicating complex ideas in a way that makes sense to non-technical folks — whether it’s clients, stakeholders, or teammates. That strength comes from earlier chapters of my life: I spent 8 years working at Starbucks, where I honed my people skills, and 3 years as a 911 dispatcher, where I learned the value of clear, timely communication.
