Full stack .NET developer with 6 years of experience working with enterprise ITSM & ML software.

I am a software developer with six years of experience delivering major features for B2B and ML enterprise software in the ITSM industry.

In my last role at Sunview Software, my major responsibility was developing and maintaining AI features for ChangeGear, a mature ITSM application. As part of a small dynamic engineering team, I was expected to exercise full ownership of the various features I was working on, from design all the way to implementation and maintenance. In addition, I became a member of the company's ML research team, where I gained the ability to quickly learn and adopt new tech, frameworks, and libraries in order to stay current with the cutting-edge in ML technology.

I have worked on everything from brand new greenfield projects to decade old legacy software, and have made it a personal philosophy to never leave a codebase worse than I found it. I hope to improve my skills not only in coding but also audio and visual design so that one day I will be able to create an entire game from scratch.
